1. BETA WARNING!
This product is currently in its BETA stage. It means that it may contain untested, partially tested, non-functional, buggy or incomplete portions of code which in certain cases may produce unpredicted results. Product installer will make some modifications in Windows registry related to Delphi IDE.
BEFORE INSTALLING AND USING THIS PRODUCT, BE SURE YOU'VE MADE A FULL BACKUP OF YOUR PROJECTS, FILES, OTHER VALUABLE RESOURCES AND ETC.
2. GRANT OF LICENSE AND SCOPE OF USE.
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING OR USING THE BETA SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL OR USE THE BETA SOFTWARE.
YOU MAY,
i) Use this library to create Delphi Projects for purpose of evaluating beta version of uniGUI Framework;
ii) Deploy compiled modules to a web server of your own for testing purpose.
Following restrictions apply,
YOU MAY NOT:
i) Create derivative library, framework or similar works based on this beta;
ii) Sell, license, assign or publish this software or parts of it;
iii) Alter, translate, decompile, or attempt to reverse engineer the Software;
iv) Remove or alter any proprietary notices, copyright notice, nag message, license text, logos or trademarks on the software product;
***Please keep in mind that current licensing scheme may change in future beta/release versions of uniGUI. This means that newer versions of uniGUI, either beta or release, may adopt a completely different licensing model.***

3. LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

4. EXT JS LICENSE
This beta, installs a copy of Ext JS version 3.4.0 on "<install dir>\FrameWork\uniGUI\ext" location. Installed Ext JS copy contains some additional themes and JavaScript files which are not found in original Ext JS distribution.
This copy of Ext JS is fully bound to Ext JS license terms. By installing uniGUI you accept that you are bound to Ext JS license terms. Ext JS license requires acquiring a commercial license if you plan to distribute your work created with uniGUI. Please read the “<install dir>\FrameWork\uniGUI\ext\license.txt” file for more information.

5. EXTPASCAL
uniGUI uses ExtPascal library as a gateway between Delphi and Ext JS. A frozen and slightly modified version of ExtPascal is distributed in folder "<install dir>\FrameWork\uniGUI\ExtPascal". Please read "<install dir>\uniGUI\ExtPascal\Readme.txt" for ExtPascal license terms or visit: http://code.google.com/p/extpascal/
6. Indy
A modified version of Indy 10.5.8 library is included in uniGUI installer. Packages and source code are located in <install dir>\Framework\uniGUI\uIndy.
